What we collect

• Your email address, if you ask for a free sample or join the list.
• Order details (such as your name, email, country and what you bought) from our payment platform, Gumroad, which processes payments as the seller of record. We do not see your card details.
• Basic visit statistics through Umami Analytics, such as which page you viewed, where you came from, your country and device type. We understand it does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.
• A small note in your browser’s storage recording which version of a page you saw, so the page stays consistent when you return. It is not shared.

How we use it

To send you the sample and product updates, deliver what you bought, answer your questions, handle refunds, keep our records and tax paperwork, and understand which pages and offers work.

Who handles it

Our providers include Kit (email), Gumroad (payments and delivery), Umami (statistics) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some are based or store data outside Australia, including in the United States, so your information may be processed overseas.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing . If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Refunds and terms

Pre-orders

If you pre-order, you pay now and we deliver the download by the delivery date shown beside the price. If we deliver late, or you change your mind before delivery, tell us and we will refund you in full.

After delivery

If the product does not match its description on the page, email us within days of delivery and we will refund you in full. Please tell us what was missing or wrong so we can fix it.

How to ask

Email with the email address you used to buy. Your payment platform may also offer a refund option through your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Using what you buy

You may use the product for yourself or your own team. Please do not resell, share publicly or redistribute it.
